“When I seemed at the policies, I will not lie, I was shocked at the lengthy technique, that at any presented position prior to the real Senate impeachment trial proceedings could disqualify the copious quantities of proof that demonstrate crystal clear and repetitive steps of felony, corruption, and neglect of obligation by Governor Torres over these a number of a long time. With no the evidence to back it up, the impeachment system is incomplete,” she claimed.
“Doing what is proper is hardly ever simple, but it is constantly the ideal point to do. So, senators, we talk to that you do what is correct for the people today: to be reasonable. These guidelines? They are not reasonable. They skew in favor of this impeached governor.”

She also observed that there had been no restrictions placed on who the impeached official can have as lawful counsel and staff members for the impeachment proceedings.
“Again, this is extremely biased, partial, and unfair to the Home of Representatives… I am not a lawful pro, but primarily based on my being familiar with of the proposed regulations, the Senate will not be conducting a reasonable and impartial demo and, if these guidelines are adopted, we might not even have a demo at all. The proposed guidelines are littered with bias. It’s particularly obvious and clear that the scales of justice have been intentionally tipped to accommodate the impeached,” she claimed.
According to Sen. Deleon Guerrero, “It is clear that the adopted impeachment principles do not spell justice.”
